Great company, they want you to succeed. Being a realtor means that you are commission based, so you need to create your own business. It is easy to get this role, but they have a good process in their brokerage to support you.

Great recruitment process, friendly and professional. They show you what and with who you will be working with so that is definetly a plus, although i didn’t get the job.
group dynamics with out of the box challanges and an interactive approach. We were subjected to an ice breaker and then some roleplays where we had to simmulate in 5 minutes a real life situation with a short 3 minutes briefing
