Interview process is almost like a sales pitch. They are interviewing you, but also they want you to sign as an agent. They are trained to look for red flags not to hire you if you should become a liability.

What do you think is holding you back from achieving higher sales results?
Fairly easy and straight forward. Like all real estate offices they welcome new people. With ReMax it more geared to agents with experience. It has more to do with if your a good fit with the group.

They asked about what you wanted culture wise from an office
They will take anyone credible. In the end they are trying to recruit agents to build their business. Earnings are based on commission splits not salary. So remember negotiate the best deal inclings splits. Marketing fees, office or desk fees

good support systems in place and great sales training hard to come by. everyone seems pretty friendly. most agents are asian so the language can sometimes be a bit of a barrier but all the staff speak english fine.
