Entrevista
I received an email right after I sent my resume and then had 2 phone interviews. The first phone interview was an initial screening call. She was very nice and pleasant. I was actually excited thinking maybe I found a great P/T job with flexibility. The second phone interview was with the hiring manager. She was also nice and gave more specific information. The whole phone process was about 3 days total and then waiting another 5 days for them to get back to me. It was clear this wasn't a good fit since most of the data collecting is "undercover" which was never stated in the initial interview or website survey. They made it seem like the majority of the data collecting would be out in the open. That's not true, it's mostly all lapel collections. This type of position is more appropriate for someone who has done that type of work before and is okay with it.

The majority of the work is lapel collections. Are you okay with that?

the interview is quick. They tell you about the place, ask a few questions and then make it sound very professional by saying "we'll send you an email" They say it could take up to 5 days, but you get the email almost right away. Everyone gets hired because they know nobody stays once they realize the pay scam they have going on.

Phone interview and then video interview both were very friendly and very positive. The intervier name was Taylor and she couldn't have been any nicer. Enjoyed talking with her.
