Applied through Indeed and the website and got an email for interview scheduling the next week. Finding the facility was easy but in Cincinnati there are 2 separate buildings which can be minorly confusing. The lobby was very nice looking with friendly greetings and complimentary candies. The hiring manager was easy to get comfortable as well. They'll print out your website application as well as your resume if you submit one and help you figure out which program/job suits you, though they seem to push for more call center agents as I originally intended to be a tech support representative when I was brought in.

Entrevista
Simple interview questions and they ask availability and what shift u prefer. They ask if you have transportation and a valid driver license. They also ask if you prefer sales or smart support calls.
