I applied online. Process took about 3 months. I was invited for a face to face interview with three employees of the Rose Bowl. I scheduled my interview and as I arrived, one of the interviewee was not there. Simple questions related to the position. I had a feeling that they has already chosen their candidate but didn't want to cancel my appointment.
