Was contacted to do a group interview, The people interviewing seemed pretty laid-back about how things went… There is a little bit of stress with having to play out the activities that you have to do. But if you have confidence and believe in yourself you can get through it easily. What they’re basically doing is watching how you behave and present yourself. As well as your interactions with the other interviewees.

In a group interview of 10 to 14 people you’re asked to do an exercise where you introduce the person beside you, then they reach into a bag and give you an item that you have to sell to them, last thing they give you a scenario that you have to play out with them in a role-play.
