Received a email to arrange a telephone interview. The telephone interview consisted of getting to know me and learning more about RBC and the position. There was also a few behavioural questions at the end. Next there was a group interview. This involved group activities - no one-on-one question besides introducing yourself.

A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.
