I got called from HR to come to their office in Mid Valley. There were 4 people in the interview, 1 is HR lady who called me (Melissa) and the other 3 people are from different departments.
They asked me to do 20-min presentation about myself, and during the session, they grilled me with questions for every point I made. It was intense! I think it went for more than 20 minutes.
Next, they asked me a lot more questions regarding the job, my background, what do I know about the job (I am a fresh grad btw), my experiences and everything. Another intense discussion!
Later, I was asked to answer a list of questions on paper (English, Math, Economic/Accounting).
The whole interview process took almost 3 hours. Very intense for a fresh graduate but they were nice people.
After the interview, I realised I didn't want this job anyway but it was a pretty good experience. It definitely helped me to prepare for another interview.
