Entrevista
Had a phone interview a few days after I applied on seek. (Applied on a Sunday and had the phone interview on the Tuesday). The recruitment consultant advised me of the starting salary, available roster (AM 7am-6pm or PM 12pm-11pm) she asked me why I wanted to work for racv, a time when I dealt with an unhappy customer and my experience with working with KPIs and targets. She invited me to attend an interview at the assessment centre the coming Saturday 10am-12pm. I arrived and there were 5 others in the group. We went upstairs to hear about the company and the employee benefits. We then had a 1 on 1 interview with different people from the people and culture department. After the interview we were buddied up with one of the Memberline Consultant to listen to their calls for about 15 mins. We then moved on to a computer simulation where we had to listen to fake calls from customers and provide them with the right answers etc. Once complete we were shown out and thanked.
I received a call two days later on the Monday letting me know they were going to call my references and to advise them they'd be calling off a private number.
I received a call one week later with a job offer and information about the training and times. I then received a welcome email with all the relevant information. I will be starting in 3 weeks!

group interview, nice presenters talked a lot about themselves, and group exercises whilst being observed. 1-1 interview with 2 people who went over another presentation. not many questions to be answered as they did most of the talking

Entrevista
Attended a group interview. Was very relax. Chatted as a group first while they told us all about the role and company. We then went off into breakout rooms for one-on-one interviews. Whole process was fairly average for an interview. Questions were not that difficult. Standard interview questions with some scenarios thrown in.
