Did a couple of rounds, things were a little unorthodox as the role seems to be mostly fit to the culture fit (whim) of one manager and impressing her culturally seemed more important than any technical skills. There was a ton of pressure prior to me even finalizing the interviews to understand what my other offers were, despite me explicitly stating interest, Almost felt like they wanted someone desperate (not just very interested) for the job, which thankfully me or most top engineers are not. an odd approach. Finally, after i flew out to do the interview, it was cancelled the night prior with very little explanation. I was told the role was closed, which i don't believe, more likely a combination of me holding my ground regarding my other offers plus potential visa issues This was a good final lesson for me to avoid wasting time with companies with extremely low culture rating on here.
