was referred to the company by a VP I worked with in the past and had a good conversation with the hiring manager. Was told I would have contact within the week with next steps. It's now been 9 weeks, and 4 emails and no response. Clearly a bullet dodged if this is how they treat prospective new employees. I have not problem being told I am not a fit but to wait this long to know an outcome and be ignored and ghosted, now I understand why their rating is so incredibly poor.

The interview process was multi-level. Questions around core responsibilities, job fit, provide a form letter on a business problem, MS Excel worksheet problems, and personality tests (for me and references).
