It starts with a phone call from the HR team to understand your availability, capabilities, and experience. After the phone screening, there was a round of technical evaluation at the office premises. The interview was simple and evaluates your understanding of the foundations in technology. After this, there was an interview with the head of a business unit. If you have cleared these rounds of interview, you will get an opportunity to talk with the HR where you can negotiate further.

One of the HR called me for a F2F round over a weekend. I went for the interview and everything went well. I answered almost every question, interviewers were impressed. HR also told me you had a great interview and they will get in touch with me regarding CTC and all. Now, comes the bad part no follow up from HR even after 2 weeks. When I asked for an updated he mentioned the manages is on off-site and will get back to me as soon as possible. Another 2 weeks passed again no reply what so ever. Again, I asked and he said we will not be able to pay you the CTC you are looking for! I was like wtf! STAY AWAY from this company, if you are from a good college(IITs, NITs) and have good hands on expierence and already making good money. They will not be able to pay you and you will unnecessarily waste your time
