The questions were pretty straight forward. But the job seemed to be more geared to a programmer than a software engineer. The questions were very specific to the nuances of Java and did not cover any software engineering principles.

Last round is with the hiring manager(Director).
Overall Software development, past experience, Java, SpringBoot, Web-applications, rest-api related knowledge is tested.
Prepare thoughroughly.

There were 4 rounds - 2 technical rounds then 1 MR and again 1technical round. It took around 1 week for all rounds. They ask average level questions & be prepared for scenario based questions as well.

I was contacted by recruiter via phone call.
He scheduled first interview round. Topics : Java, jsp, Servlet, REST. Level was easy.
Then I had second round with a senior person. He gave me some task based algorithmic questions and I dictated my approach. The interview was good and in my view it went really well.
After this I absolutely had no communication with recruiter, so I started giving interviews in other companies and selected in better one.
