We ask applicants to complete editorial tests and a phone screening as our standards for editing are very high and we try to avoid inviting people to a full interview who might not be a good fit. Our aim is to avoid wasting anybody’s time if they might not be right for the role. Our formal interview is very thorough as we want to make sure anyone we hire will be happy at Quill and enjoy the role, and we want to avoid asking you to do too many separate interviews.
