Filled out application online, very easy and fast. They don't take applications in store so don't bother. I got a call literally the next day to come to their offices for a interview. You take a basic math test and watch a video, nothing too fancy. Went all pretty smoothly then got a call back again to begin training a couple days later

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
