They first ask you to complete a small math quiz to ensure you can make change correctly. Then they bring you in for a one on one interview. The interviewer is very nice and friendly, and they are looking for people who are outgoing and can make others happy.

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
