I applied online and had a friend who's a current employee forward over my resume. I had a phone screening with the team lead and then an interview scheduled with the lead and manager. About 2 days after the interview I got the call from the manager offering me the position. So about 2 weeks for the hire process.
Depends on role. AE is meeting with hiring manager for fit. Typical questions about background, experience and desire for sales. Understand your interest and about the market to stand out from crowd.

After they told me you are selected to the next step they just ghosted me, terrible unprofessional experience. I felt that I did great. Never respond or even thank me for attending the interview process.. totally mess
