No proper Interview feedback. Kept telling for 3 months that they would share the offer letter. Got tired and stopped following up. After many mnths, very unprofessionally, they informed that the candidate is rejected. if this is the way. they deal a HR professional, I really wonder how they deal with other candidates.
Advice for management: Atleast give proper feedback. If you are not interested in a candidate, u must inform directly. Nobody has a right to play with the dreams and hopes of any candidate. what is the point in holding a candidate by lies and false information. what do u gain?
