I completed an online application which leads to a phone interview. Few days later, they sent an email in testing my typing for data entry. Didn't hear back for 2+ weeks. Its's possible 40wps is not fast enough.

Online application, phone call interview, audio interview online and then panel interview. There were 3 people interviewed me, from the Hiring Manager. Mostly asking about scenarios. Not that hard but need a lot of experiences to answer
