It was a quick process; they are nice people to deal with but very selective. Getting time with the head of the organization or one of the founders is difficult but shows the level of involvement in whom they bring into the organization. The fit was not a good one for either end of this situation.

Mostly background. They will require a test run coaching session or submission of a recorded coaching session to be considered. You will be coaching "cold" and need to be prepared for that.
