It was one round of interview by two people. I submitted my resume through a friend who worked there before, but I think most people just submitted from my school's career center portal. The interview was on site. First I was interviewed by the head engineer. he didn't asked too many questions. then they gave me a tour of the factory and introduced me to a bunch of people, some of them asked me questions. Then I went back to the interview room and was interviewed by a staff engineer. the staff engineer went into a lot of details in my work style, stuff on my resume. The entire process was a little over an hour. They told me in two weeks that I got the job.
