Entrevista
Firstly, there was an online assessment followed by a face to face behavioural interview over zoom. Last part was a case study assessment. You get emailed a link an house before the interview. You read the case study and answer statistical questions. After the house you go through the answers with the interviewer.
First interview was with People and Culture, it was conversational. It was followed by group interview with other candidates, and then final interview with hiring manager. I interviewed in 2015 in Melbourne Australia. Overall experience was positive.
An online test, then behavior interview with a HR, finally a technical interview. Before talking with an interviewer in the technical interview, you should complete a time-limited test, and then you talk about your answers together.

Gradient boosting and generalized linear models, which one is better for the data that mentioned in this test?
very slow interview process. Recruitment team called me on the day of my final interview to tell me that the interviewer is quite busy today and would like to push back the interview to a different day two weeks from then. What i thought was a good move and would give the interviewer a favour by alleviating his stresses led to the interviewer never being officially logged as being postponed, leaving me with no reply for 2 months till i had to reach out.
