The company helped me find the role within the business most suited to my skills (an even better job than the one I originally applied for!)

Entrevista
Chat with HR -> Technical interview -> chat with the group manager. It progressed fast after technical interview. The team I landed in was a friendly and helpful bunch of guys. Team lead is one of the best line manager I had in a long time.

Online coding exercise with the future team members. Decent, reasonable set of questions. Code review + a logic problem to solve. They talk you through the problem which I think is very helpful. Overall, constructive and decent interview process.
