Poor communication, clear lack of transparency throughout the process and long delays in organising interviews. I was only given feedback from the interview after the role was already filled. No timeline was given for the process and to be left waiting on an outcome whilst someone was now in the role was frustrating. If the role was so no longer being hired for, this should’ve been communicated.
