Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Qualtrics en nov 2019
Entrevista
The best interview process ever. Every person along the way was courteous and considerate and on time for every interview. I started with a recruiter reaching out to me via LinkedIn then scheduling a short phone call once I applied. The phone call was just her telling me more about the position and asking me very basic clarification questions about my resume (for example, I have tutoring experience so she asked me to tell me about how I teach). Almost immediately after my phone call, I was emailed and asked to take a course through Stanford's online videos and take a technical quiz on it after. This took a few hours and was very easy if you just listen to the videos and take notes.
The day after I was contacted to set up a video interview the next week. My interviewer for this video interview was pleasant and showed that he was interested in getting to know me as a candidate. It was more of a conversation than an interview. I had never been asked case questions before so he guided me through it. The questions ranged from asking me about my research experience to figuring out how many cereal boxes are consumed in the US every week. They really just want to know your thought process and how you arrive to the answer. Again, it's a relaxed video call. I was nervous before and ended the call feeling good.
A day later I was asked to have 2 more back to back video interviews. These were kind of similar to each other, although one question caught me off guard as it asked me to tell her something on my resume that is less impressive than it sounds. Otherwise, the managers that I spoke to were very nice.
A lot of companies just go through the motions in terms of interviews and it always ends up feeling a bit robotic-- Qualtrics does a great job of making each candidate feel like they're worth the time.

Very straightforward typical straight forward behavioral questions “tell me a time you solved a difficult problem” etc. She asked a lot of follow up questions to stories so make sure you go detailed. Didn’t have a ton of questions prepped so again, it’s beneficial go in detail.

There are three interviews in total. All the interviewers were friendly, open minded and easy to talk with. They asked about the difficult thing I needed to deal with and how I overcame it, how I handled the situation when I couldn't handle it the way I usually do, and what was the difficult experience in my past customer experience and how I successfully handled it.
