One phone interview, followed by 3 onsite interviews.
The phone interview was just half an hour to assess the fit for the role. When talking about my background and experience I started getting a lecture about how it doesn't really matter anyway since things are done differently at Qualtrics. Despite that somewhat negative experience, I decided to still go for the onsite interview with 3 potential colleagues, two working in marketing, one working in sales. All of them were just asking basic questions regarding my experience trying to understand how quick of a help I could be. It was pretty easy overall. I was told I would hear back the same week (second week of march) but still have not received any feedback until today despite multiple follow-ups by phone and e-mail. I learned through LinkedIn that the positions seems to have been filled about 5 weeks later. Overall, the whole process was super unprofessional and if the work ethic is somewhat similar I am glad to not work for this company.
