They reached out to me via LinkedIn about an opportunity with them on their recruiting team, I had a phone screen with an internal recruiter, 2 video interviews and one onsite interview. Once i was complete with the interview process, they called and declined me because they decided to downgrade the role from a recruiter to a sourcer. It felt like a huge waste of time, and something they should have worked out before having someone come in and interview for the role.

Initial phone screen, standard zoom interview, a panel interview with slideshow presentation over zoom, TACOS culture interveiw, they present your scorecards to the hiring committee (senior level leadership team), and receive an offer
