      Terrible impression of this company. If they can't get anything right during the hiring stage, then you know that the company is most likely very bad. I applied online and had a screening interview which took over a week to schedule due to their lack of response. Throughout the interview process the interview and recruiter were not friendly and didn't seem to have any idea what they were doing and seemed to forget what role they were interviewing for. Very unprofessional and poor time management during the interview as they were 30 mins late starting! Passed the screening interview and was asked to come for a face to face interview. I sent them several time slots, and sent several chaser emails to confirm that they were OK with the times I suggested, but never heard back even to this day! Shockingly bad organisation skills and poor display of manners and etiquette.

      Interviewed for Sydney, CSM/CSMAssociate role. Went through 3 rounds. First round: With the recruiter, very lovely and asked standard questions Second round: With a senior team member. This interview went well and they said with my experience, I'd be more aligned to the CSM (not assoc.) role. Third round: With the manager, in-person. He was 20 mins late to collect me from the lobby before the interview started. He explained to me that the role has now changed and they're looking for someone technical. Within 15 mins of the interview, he told me I was not a right fit due to the role change. Going from being told I would suit better to a senior role to then being rejected on the spot in an in-person interview was brutal. They really made my come in for an interview for a job that didn't exist. Truly dodged a bullet, good riddance.
