The interview process was great. Started with an initial phone screening. Was then invited for an in-person interview with the HR manager which turns out to be another screening. I really lost interest when I found out that the second interview was really another screening and really has no authority to make the hiring decisions. The receptionist was very friendly including everyone I encountered. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
