I applied online for a business position. Several days later a recieved a call to schedule a conference call with 2 other directors. The call was about an hour in length and fairly informal. We covered alot of topics and industry knowledge. I did not agree with all their thoughts and positions but had very good reasons why and examples. Several days later I was invited to San Diego to meet with their leadership team. The team ranged from Directors to SVP levels. Their process was very well done and highly efficent. The HR team was nice, enjoyable and welcoming. The interview facility was very comfortable and the team well informed. The next business day I recieved a call with feedback from HR. I was left with a very positive impression. It could have not been any smoother.
