I recently underwent two interviews for a position, and after the second interview, the manager informed me that I had successfully passed and he would have set 3rd step 2/3 weeks later. However the manager ceased communication, leaving me without any updates and I receive no answer to a couple of mails. A recruiter contact me proposing the same position, I explained the situation to the recruiter, he also stopped responding...
