Qualcomm is not the most organized in terms of scheduling and handling interviews. However, the team I met with was lovely to me, and asked me excellent questions. Additionally, they did a great job of answering my questions.

Initial phone conference was simple and focus was on providing me with information about the position and about the company. A few softball questions were asked, including "Why Qualcomm?" The 1:1 interview was first, with the hiring manager, and included some substantive questions. The panel interview was with my prospective team. People were friendly and emphasis was placed on the relaxed, casual work environment.
