Was contacted by recruiter, very nice and professional. Was able to schedule an interview relatively quickly. At the interview, (Springfield) I met 5 individuals who were the lead Quality Assurance personnel (QA). The interview felt very impersonal and generic (the position likely has high turnover). I also felt like some of the interviewers were a bit cocky or rude, and that was an immediate turnoff. After spending about 10 minutes or so in the interview, I came to the conclusion that I was not interested in moving forward with the company. I was contacted by HR a few days to inform me that I was offered the position, which I subsequently declined.

Interview took about 20 minutes. Both women I interviewed with were nice and personable. They asked pretty standard “getting to know you questions.” I was hired soon after. Everyone seemed enthusiastic and really prepared and that excited me.
