The first interview was a very relaxed and personal. It seemed that the interviewer was more concerned with who I was than my experience. The second interview was more intense and the owner of the company was brought in. The Director that did my first interview and the owner that came in on the second interview were both professional and direct, but they were both very personable. They answered all of my questions and gave straight answers. They called me back and wanted me to take a "Caliper Personality Assessment" online. They called me back in and walked me through the results of the test and told me their concerns. I guess I didn't overcome their concerns since I didn't get the job.
