One of the most unprofessional recruiting experiences I've had. I was invited to a recruiter screening and joined the meeting on time. The recruiter never showed up, and I received no message or cancellation notice. A company expects candidates to be punctual and professional; the same standard should apply to its recruiting team. Completely ghosting a candidate at the very first stage raises concerns about the company's culture and internal communication. Very disappointing experience.
