3 stage interview Applied through 3rd party recruiter 1st interview with internal recruiter just.an informal chat 2nd interview with internal recruiter and head of development asking about my past experience. 3rd interview with head of.development and principal DevOps engineer. Pretty much the same as 2nd interview with a bit more probing. The whole process took 2 MONTHS. I asked the same question in the 3 interviews and got 3 different answer. The company seems to be all over the place
