Casual Video interview with three people. They asked very standard questions: Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What is your worst quality? Describe a time when you had a disagreement with management and how the situation was resolved?

3 rounds of interviews, 15 minute HR round, 40 minute panel interview and last round with the head of department. Long process lasted more than a month before offer. HR was friendly and helpful.

Entrevista
Phone interview with HR followed by Teams interview with the actual team. I did not actually do the Teams interview after discussing pay level with HR (pay range was much lower than other offers in the area). The phone interview was very easy. They only asked basic behavioral questions, nothing technical. Asked a bit about my experience. The HR rep was nice and very responsive over email

Its was an average interview. Just a few basic engineering principle question were asked related to production engineering and followed by behavioral question. Overall it was a good experience. The companies work culture is good
