The process was short and straight forward. The more you know about the company, Korean culture, and solar the easier it will be. The recruiter was quite nice, but save your technical question for the management, engineers, or others. Be aware that after the first round of the interview there is a risk of a large language barrier.

1st interview with a hiring manager, 2nd interview with team lead and other sr engineers, nothing technical, easy if you know what your are talking about. If you are Korean, they will speak korean.

Interview process was fairly quick - around 2 weeks from application to offer letter. Mostly asked about previous work, projects, and skills relevant to the job, in addition to behavioral questions.
