Video introduction and sell an item, then another sell, then a live sell over zoom with sales management, then they fly you in person with a group, then you get a two minute sell then you get a four minute sell and then you are ushered off to have an interview and then you’ll never hear from them again. You will not hear either way, they will potentially hire maybe two people from your group and they will keep posting and try to see hundreds of more people. They don’t care if you have experience they will pay everyone 150 K. It is an insult to anyone with experience in this industry, how many times they post an ad for hosts when there are many that have experience that they will not even consider. It’s also insulting to offer everyone the same rate.
