Entrevista
The hiring process consisted of four rounds:
1. Phone Screen with Recruiter
2. Discussion with Hiring Manager
3. Team Interview
4. Discussion with Chief People Officer
It was very quick and only lasted about two weeks total.
I had an amazing experience. My journey began with Steven Stewart, who is the recruiter for QTS. His level of professionalism and follow-through were outstanding. He was incredibly helpful in answering questions, getting back to me in a timely manner, and following through every step of the way. He was the best recruiter experience I've had in my career. My interview was with the hiring manager and the team that supports him. It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I got feedback during my presentation and had a number of very good questions. I can tell that QTS is an amazing company, doing incredible things. I would consider myself proud to be a member of their tight-knit and caring family.
