Very relaxed and friendly. Not stuffy at all, clearly laid out expectations and talked about culture of team building. Very enjoyable experience, and I hope to work there in the future. Talked about how exciting the opportunities that were available at the company and how the industry is growing so rapidly.

This initial contact was by the hiring director by a rude email "bring your resume and dont be late" The interview i must say it went smooth, The DOC director gave us a tour around the datacenter and i must say i was really impressed. I did notice they have a tone of voice which sounds like they love to treat you like crap but it was just an interview.
