I I me online to do an interview twice. As I do not live in the area I was later flown out for the final interview. The questions asked were not very difficult band was a unique experience to have the final interview in person.

1 phone screen with recruiter, 1 private Teams meeting with Program Manager, 1 in-person panel interview with Program Manager, Department VP, and Team Member. The people that I interacted with were very relaxed and familiar, and I felt that they were more interested in a personality fit over professional skills and accomplishments. Communication with recruiter was exceptional until after the final round of interviews was completed, where my (reasonable and infrequent) follow ups were completely ignored. It is unprofessional and degrading to be ghosted after taking off several days of personal time, travel, and not to mention the mental energy required to go through the interview process. Do better.
