You submit an application with personal details experience an answer some brief questions the next stage of the interview involves a brief conversation with a QA manager. You haven't sent a link for answering questions via video. You are given some information about what to expect during the video interviews. This is pre recorded and not live. You have a portal in which you record yourself answering specific questions on the screen which then gets submitted. If you are successful at that stage you are then invited for a group interview, pre covid this would have usually been in person but post COVID this was done virtually and it was half a day of group interviews, presentations and then one-on-one interview. The group interview is yourself and another applicant and you work through a scenario based task which may involve some questioning from the interviewers.
