There was a short phone interview, and then a single 5-hour interview.
(They do not do single 5 hour interviews anymore)

Meet with manager to go over dev. requirements.

Technical skills interview (The questions were not very hard at all)
Personality test.
After the 5-hour interview I was offered the job.
