Initial Phone Screening with HR
Phone interview with senior level person. This person did not seem as engaged. The interview was very flat and I did not have the feeling that he was excited at the possibility of adding a new person to the organization. He eluded to the value and emphasis placed on company culture and the support towards growth and success realized.
I was informed by the recruiter several weeks later that an internal person was given the position.
