I applied and have interviewed for PushPays HR Director role in NZ. I’ve had 2 seperate Skype interviews with the HR team in the US which was conducted 5 weeks ago and a 4 hour interview meeting key people in their Auckland office 2 weeks ago... it’s been 2 weeks since my last interaction with PushPay, there has been no emails, no texts, no google hangouts arranged, no call! The very least they could do is let me know what to expect next and how long the wait is, or just tell me I didn’t get the role and give feedback, especially after investing in over 6 hours of my personal time attending interviews... if this is the candidate experience, I’d hate to think what the employee experience is...
