Initial contact was via email. The positions were remote. A virtual interview was done via MS Teams. It started with introductions and an overview of the position. Then went into Q&A. The people were very friendly and inviting. They were ramping up quickly, so I interviewed for several positions. They eventually found the right fit for me.

There were two interviews, in my case. The first one was chill, more informal. Mainly in english, to know your level and experience in the area of proofreading. The second one was a more tradicional interview, with questions like: your weaknesses and strengths. If you are goo working in a team environment, etc

Tell us about your experience working as a leader in a team and how did you handle it
Applied in December for this position and they told me my profile is good enough to continue with the process, but then I just got ghosted without any reason. I can take a no as answer, but being ghosted is just really annoying.
