Multi-step interview process that will change based on laboratory requirements, study requirements, and principal investigator. First interview was a screening interview, shorter and less intensive. Second interview was longer and included work history, educational history, and light discussion of subject matter.

The interview was not not too hard but one must come prepared. Luckily, my focus in university was the same as what the researcher was studying so there was plenty to discuss and I knew how to answer his questions.
