Purdue University lacks a little in the hiring and interview process. There's very little individualization and HR handles everything, meaning they pull resumes based on key words and forward those on to the departments. It's handled poorly and for some reason, this STEM school cannot figure out how to better handle the application/interview process. There's no standardized protocol for interviewing or reimbursement for traveling to interview.
