The interview process was quite lengthy with 5 stages. Initially there was a casual 30min chat about the role, and my ambitions/motivations for the role. Next was a 1hr culture discussion with 3 panellists asking questions specific to the role and my experiences. The next stage was a Personality test, followed by a technical round and an onsite interview.
